The Honorable Marisa Tinkler Mendez, presiding judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit's Veteran's Treatment Court, Chief Judge Bertila Soto and her fellow judges, as well as members of the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners, joined U.S. Army Veteran Michael Schimek and his family on Wednesday, July 19th, to celebrate his successful completion of court treatment programs.
