Judge Carroll Kelly, Administrative Judge of Miami-Dade County Domestic Violence Division, was honored at the Conference of County Court Judges last week for her dedication to the Bench, her pioneering work in domestic violence, and her contributions to the Conference and judicial education over the span of her 24-plus year career.
