Congratulations to the Honorable Elisabeth Espinosa Marin and Jorge Perez Santiago on their appointments to the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Judge Espinosa Marin has served on the County Court bench since 2019, presiding in the Domestic Violence Division and serving as its Administrative Judge since last year.

Judge Perez Santiago has served since 2023 in the County Civil Division.
