Congratulations to our Domestic Violence Division Administrative Judge Carroll Kelly for receiving the Libby Hines Award at the 2024 American Judge’s Association Annual Conference.

This award honors individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the Miami-Dade County criminal justice system at the state or federal level in response to domestic violence.
