The Honorable Bertila Soto, Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, joined Host Rene Pedrosa and Co-Host Sabina Covo on Radio Caracol on Monday, April 10th, to discuss the Circuit's continuing need for a new civil courthouse.
Chief Judge Soto also met with Maria Barajas, Journalist and Producer at Radio Caracol's Coral Gables headquarters.
