The Eleventh Judicial Circuit announced Monday, November 27, 2017, that Judge Miguel de la O will assume leadership as administrative judge of the Appellate Division, with Judges Milton Hirsch and Monica Gordo serving as associate administrative judges.
Judge Abby Cynamon, former administrative judge, and Judges Samantha Ruiz Cohen and Marcia Caballero will be stepping down after five years leading the Eleventh Circuit Appellate Division in making advances such as a new, searchable database of appellate opinions and the establishment of e-filing capability.
