During a special ceremony held on Friday, Dec. 2, 2016, the Honorable Bertila Soto, Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, accompanied by her colleagues, the Circuit and County Court judges of Miami-Dade, paid tribute to the following retiring judges for their service to the people of Miami-Dade County.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the judges of Miami-Dade County posed for the traditional biannual group photo on the courthouse steps.
