March 8, 2017

The Honorable Nushin Sayfie, Administrative Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Criminal Division, received the In the Company of Women - Outstanding Woman in Government & Law Award 2017 for her service, leadership and contribution to women. This award was presented during the 29th Annual In the Company of Women Awards Presentation and Reception on March 8, 2017.

The In the Company of Women Awards are presented each year during Women's History Month by the Miami-Dade County Commission for Women, the Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade, and the Miami-Dade Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department. The program is meant to support parks and parks programming, particularly initiatives that foster leadership skills and creativity in young women.
