#TeamJud11 Chief Information Officer, Robert Adelardi recently participated as a panelist at the FIU College of Law "Miami In-service on Access to Legal Services” event.
Mr. Adelardi highlighted the capabilities of SANDI, the court’s Advanced Artificial Intelligence Chatbot, which facilitates public access to frequently requested information.
Originally designed for the Family Self Help Center, SANDI has since evolved based on the user experience to better serve the public.
