Due to repairs taking place at the Miami Beach Historic City Hall building, the Miami Beach Courthouse operations will temporarily move from their current location at the Historic City Hall to the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building and the Dade County Courthouse beginning on Monday, April 14, 2025.
Those who have future hearings scheduled to be heard at the Miami Beach Courthouse should instead report to the alternate locations listed below.
The Miami Beach Clerk’s Office operations will also temporarily relocate to alternate locations. For a list of all Clerk’s Office locations, click here, or call 305-349-7333.
