#TeamJud11 Judges Lizzet Martinez and Betty Capote lead Traffic Driving Records training for Traffic Hearing Officers

Judges Lizzet Martinez and Betty Capote recently led a Traffic Driving Records training for our Traffic Hearing Officers at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building.

Appointed by the Chief Judge, Traffic Hearing Officers are attorneys who receive specialized training to preside over various civil traffic infraction cases.
