Congratulations to our very own Judge Orlando Prescott for being awarded the Justice Peggy A. Quince Judicial Excellence Award. 

Named in honor of retired Supreme Court Justice Peggy A. Quince, this award honors judiciary members for outstanding service, high standard of judicial conduct and their contributions to the fair administration of justice.
