The judges of the Miami-Dade Courts' Unified Children’s Court Division and their justice partners gathered at the Miami-Dade County Children's Courthouse on May 4th to celebrate Wall of Honor 2018, in recognition of those individuals who have made significant contributions to children in the juvenile justice and child welfare system.
Honored this year were:
- Sylvia Alvarez McBride, MS, LMHC - Wall of Honor Award
- Olanike Adebayo, Esq. - John F. Balikes Award
The Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida thanks the 2018 Wall of Honor award recipients and all the juvenile justice partners for all they do year-round for the children of Miami-Dade County.
Special thanks go to the Dade County Bar Association and its president, Jordan Dresnick, for their ongoing support of the juvenile court and the Wall of Honor event each year.
