In-Person Hearings
First Appearance hearings for felony are held in-person at the Richard Gerstein Building (REG) Courtroom 1-5 at 9am and 1:30pm. All hearings are open to the public.
First Appearance hearings for misdemeanors are held in-person at the Richard Gerstein Building (REG) Courtroom 5-3 at 9am and 1:30pm. All hearings are open to the public.
Remote Appearances by Zoom (With Permission)
In compliance with Florida Rules of Procedure and Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, the Presiding Judge may authorize remote appearance upon request.
