Appellate Division
The Appellate Division hears appeals from the county court and from various quasi-judicial boards and administrative agencies. Appeals from the county court are heard by panels of three circuit court judges. County court judges may sit in an appellate capacity over matters decided by quasi-judicial boards and administrative agencies.
