DIVISION 13 PROCEDURES: To place a case on Judge Hersch's calendar: Email your request along with a proposed agreed date and copy of the motion to f013@jud11.flcourts.org - Please be advised all parties to the case must be included in the email. If you are e-filing motions, please add the division's email in the e-filing portal to ensure Chambers receives a copy.
PLEAS: When an agreed plea is taking place, the defense attorney must fill out our plea form that is attached and turn in personally or scan to the JA BEFORE the plea takes place.

If any listed prohibited item is detected to be in your possession when entering a court facility, you will be asked to exit the facility to secure the item elsewhere or dispose of it, before being allowed entry into the facility.
