5 Minute Motion Calendar will be held for NON EVIDENTIARY matters every Wednesday at 1:30 P.M.
Instructions for setting:
- File the Motion with the Clerk's Office via Eportal or in person. 
- Coordinate with opposing party and select the Wednesday to have the motion heard. 
- Check CourtMap for any Cancellation and Full sessions as those dates are NOT available to you.  
- Once a date is agreed upon you may set the hearing using CourtMap in the Motion Calendar slot. All cases set must have a properly filed Motion and Notice of hearing attached as supporting documents.
-When attaching supporting documents they must have an e-file stamp indicating they have already been filed. Any requests made with unfiled pleadings will be rejected.
- The notice of hearing must be filed with the Clerk at least 7 business days prior to the hearing, not including the day of the hearing.  PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT  ALL NOTICES NOT FILED IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE REJECTED.
-Total time allotted per case is 5 minutes per motion.
-If the hearing will not take place, the party setting the hearing should file a Notice of Cancellation.
-Motion Calendars are heard in Courtroom 19-B.
