-Attorneys/Parties should coordinate and select the Wednesday they wish to have the motion heard.
-Check the “Cancellation” section to assure your desired date has not been cancelled.
-The motion/notice of hearing must be filed with the Clerk at least 7 business days prior to the hearing.
-Courtesy copies of your Motion and Notice of Hearing should be mailed or delivered to chambers prior to hearing date.
-Courtesy copies of your Motion and Notice of Hearing should be brought with you to Court the day of your scheduled hearing.
-If the hearing will not take place, the party setting the hearing should file a Notice of Cancellation.
-Motion Calendars are heard in Courtroom 19-B.
