The setting party must provide Notice of Hearing with instructions on how to appear using Zoom to the opposing party when scheduling a hearing and must file the notice with the Clerk. The NOH automatically generated by courtMAP is not sufficient as it does not reflect the Zoom meeting information.

Motion Calendar Procedures:

In order for your matter to be added to the Judge’s Motion Calendar, the notice of hearing and motion(s) MUST be filed with the Clerk.

Written Notice to Opposing Counsel/Parties prior to hearing shall be provided immediately after hearing is set by a party, along with a copy of the motion.

MEDIATION: Mediation requests must be emailed to the judicial assistant with contact information for both parties. Do not contact the Mediation Division as they can't set without a request from the J.A.

CANCELLATIONS:  Setting party must cancel the hearing on courtMAP and Notices of Cancellation must be filed. Chambers does not need a courtesy copy of the NOC.

EVICTION MATTERS: To set a landlord/tenant matter, please email the judicial assistant with your request.
