    1. Motions for Rehearing, Reconsideration, New Trial, and other post-trial motions will not be heard on motion calendar.  Submit the motion via e-courtesy, to the "proposed orders" folder, with a proposed order.  If a response or hearing is needed, the Court will advise the parties.

Calendars are capped at 30 cases and fill up weeks in advance.  Once the cap is reached, the calendar is closed and you will not be able to add anything to the calendar or modify anything that is on the calendar.   Responses to motions (not exceeding 10 pages) may be faxed to chambers with a cover letter that reflects the hearing date.  Fax # (305) 349-7125.  Longer Responses (w/cover letter) may be hand-delivered.   Except for Notices of Cancellations, do not fax or hand-deliver anything else for motion calendar.
