To Make Calendar:   The Notice of Hearing,  Motion(s) and all documents in support must be submitted via e-courtesy at least 7 business days before the hearing, regardless of what appears on the docket. To make sure you make calendar submit your documents to e-courtesy the same day you file with the Clerk's portal remember we have a closed calendar with a cap.

To Cancel Hearings:   Submit a Notice of Cancellation via e-courtesy, to the calendar where the notice of hearing and motion was submitted and submit via fax (305)-349-7125.

To Appear Telephonically:   Call Court Call at (888) 882-6878 at least two days in advance to set up your telephonic appearance.  A court order is not required.

Motion Calendar is limited to (5) Five minutes per case.  
Documents submitted via e-courtesy should have already been e-filed with the Clerk's Office.  E-filing is not the same thing as  e-courtesy.  E-filing means papers are being filed with the Clerk's office electronically.  E-courtesy are copies of filed documents being submitted to the judge - the way hard copies used to be delivered to chambers.   Motion(s) for Rehearing, Reconsideration, New Trial, and other Post Trial Motions will not be heard on Motion Calendar, you must submit the motion and a blank proposed order via e-courtesy to "Proposed Orders."  If a response or hearing is required, the Court will let the parties know.
