Pre-trials will be held IN-PERSON beginning March 2nd, 2022 at 9:30 A.M. in Courtroom 2-0 NO PIP/INSURANCE CASES WILL BE SET FOR PRETRIAL AND ALL PIP/INSURANCE CASES WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAVE THE RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE INVOKED PER ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-10. IF YOU HAVE AN ATTORNEY, PLEASE HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY CONTACT THE OTHER SIDE TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER. IF YOU ARE NOT REPRESENTED BY AN ATTORNEY, YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: THE ATTORNEY FOR THE OTHER PARTY MIGHT HAVE SENT YOU A LETTER ASKING IF YOU WANT TO SETTLE AND RESOLVE YOUR CASE WITHOUT A HEARING. IF YOU WANT TO DO SO, REVIEW THE TERMS OF THAT DOCUMENT CAREFULLY, MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND IT AND SIGN WHERE STATED AND MAIL IT BACK TO THE ATTORNEY. To participate by video, you must click on the weblink you received in the email invitation at the time your hearing is scheduled or call the phone listed in the invitation to participate by phone. You do not need to download anything or set up an account in order for you to participate in a zoom hearing. Video appearance is required for any participant whose testimony is necessary so the judge can administer the oath. Please wait until a day before your scheduled hearing for the court to send you an email containing a Zoom link for instructions. If you resolve your matter, please cancel in CourtMAP or if you do not have access to CourtMAP, by calling the Judge's Judicial Assistant. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CANCELLATION DATES SHOWN FOR MOTION CALENDAR INCLUDE CANCELLED HEARING DATES AND HEARING DATES THAT HAVE BEEN SET AND HAVE REACHED THE CAP.
IF YOU WERE PREVIOUSLY SET ON THE CALENDAR ON ONE OF THOSE DAYS, YOUR HEARING WILL BE HEARD ON THAT SET DATE.
