Need help filling out legal forms?
An attorney from the Haitian Lawyers Association (HLA) is available to help self-represented litigants fill out legal forms purchased from the Miami-Dade County Clerk’s office and/or the law library on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This is a free service and is available on a first come, first served basis. Lawyer in the Library Wednesdays
A volunteer lawyer provides free legal guidance on a wide variety of issues from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every Wednesday. This service is available on a first come, first served basis.
NOTE: The lawyer is not considered to be one’s personal attorney. No attorney-client relationship is being created with this free service. The lawyer is there to provide general guidance only.

The library is located on the third floor (Room 321) of the Miami-Dade County Courthouse, 73 West Flagler Street in downtown Miami
