All Miami-Dade Courts Closed on Monday, Dec. 25th, and Monday, Jan. 1st, in Observance of Christmas and New Year's Days

All Miami-Dade County Courts and Clerk of Courts offices will be closed on Monday, December 25, 2023, in observance of Christmas Day, and on Monday, January 1, 2024, in observance of New Year’s Day.

The courts will re-open on Tuesday, December 26^th, and on Tuesday, January 2^nd, respectively, following regular schedules.
