All Miami-Dade Courts Closed on Monday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Jan. 2, in Observance of Christmas and New Year's Days

All Miami-Dade County Courts and Clerk of the Courts offices will be closed on Monday, Dec. 26, 2022, in observance of Christmas Day, and also on Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, in observance of New Year’s Day.

The courts and clerk’s offices will re-open on Tuesday, Dec. 27^th, and on Tuesday, Jan. 3^rd, after the holiday observances and following regular schedules.
