All Miami-Dade Courts Closed on Thurs., Dec. 25 & Thurs., Jan. 1, in Observance of Christmas and New Year's Day

All Miami-Dade County Courts and Clerk of the Courts offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025 and Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day.

The courts and clerk’s offices will re-open on Friday, January 2^nd, following regular schedules.
