All Miami-Dade Courts Closed on Wednesday, Dec. 25th, and Wednesday, Jan. 1st, in Observance of Christmas and New Year's Days

All Miami-Dade County Courts and Clerk of Courts offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, in observance of Christmas Day, and on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in observance of New Year’s Day.

The courts will re-open on Thursday, December 26^th, and on Thursday, January 2^nd, respectively, following regular schedules.
