All Weekend/Holiday First Appearance Bond & Juvenile Hearings to be Held at Children's Courthouse on Weekend of Dec. 10-11

Due to electrical work taking place at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building this weekend, all weekend and holiday first appearance bond and juvenile hearings normally held at the Gerstein Building will be held in Courtroom 2-1 of the Miami-Dade Children’s Courthouse, 155 NW 3rd Street, Miami, FL, 33128. This change will apply to Saturday & Sunday, December 10-11, 2022.

This includes ALL criminal misdemeanors, felonies, domestic violence, and Juvenile Dependency and Delinquency cases. Note that the regular weekend first appearance hearing schedules will remain in effect; only the court location will change.
