Certified Civil Process Server Enrollment Open Through October 31st!
Apply to become a Certified Civil Process Server for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Applications can be downloaded below and may also be picked up at the Dade County Courthouse 73 West Flagler, Miami, FL 33130 Room 911.
Applications will be accepted from August 21, 2023 thru November 30, 2023 only.
Mail or deliver completed application to room 911 of the Dade County Courthouse.
Application Requirements
A. Must have no felony convictions.
B. Must have no misdemeanor convictions, involving moral turpitude or dishonesty, in the last five (5) years.
C. Must be 18 years of age or older with no mental or legal disabilities.
D. Must be a permanent resident of the State of Florida.
E. Must submit to a background investigation, which shall include the right to obtain and review the criminal record of the applicant, if one exists.
F. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
G. Must submit your completed application form accordingly:
1. All questions must be answered.
2. Sign date and the application.
3. Attach a check order or money order, made payable to the "Clerk of Court,
Miami-Dade County", in the amount of $300.00. This fee is non-refundable.
