Congratulations to Judge Andrew McGinley, who joined our County Court Criminal Division earlier this year.
Prior to joining the Miami-Dade Courts, Judge McGinley served as General Counsel for the Florida Department of Children and Families, and prior to that, as an Assistant Attorney General with the Illinois Office of the Attorney General.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law.
