Hurricane Milton Advisory #3 and Final: All Miami-Dade Courts, Court Facilities, and Clerk of Courts Offices Will Reopen on Fri., Oct. 11th

All Miami-Dade Courts, all Court Facilities, and all Clerk of Courts offices will reopen on Friday, October 11^th.

Hearings that were scheduled to take place during the closure will be re-scheduled. Questions regarding the new hearing date should be directed to the presiding judge’s office – a judicial directory is found here.
