On Friday, February 23rd, the North Dade Justice Center judges, staff and clerks joined together to celebrate Black History Month with a presentation by Judge Chiaka Ihekwaba, who shared her life experiences from the United Kingdom and Nigeria. A moving presentation for all who were in attendance.
