Notice of Re-Scheduling Some Hearings at the Miami-Dade Children's Courthouse for Friday, May 3rd

Due to emergency maintenance underway at the Miami-Dade Children’s Courthouse, 155 NW 3^rd Street, some delinquency, dependency, and family court hearings scheduled for Friday, May 3^rd, will be re-scheduled to a future date.

Those who have hearings scheduled for May 3^rd should call the Miami-Dade Clerk of the Court and Comptroller’s Office at 305-679-2189 to determine if their hearing is still taking place.

All regularly scheduled hearings at the Children’s Courthouse are expected to resume on Monday, May 6^th.
