Due to scheduled maintenance at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building, weekend/holiday first appearance hearings, juvenile detention hearings, and shelter hearings will be held in Courtroom 2-1 at the Miami-Dade Children’s Courthouse, 155 NW 3rd Street, during the weekend of January 13-14, and the court holiday of January 15, 2024 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
