More than 150 members of our legal community joined Probate judges from Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties today during Miami's first-ever Tri-County Probate Judicial Panel, presented by the Miami-Dade Bar's Probate & Guardianship Committee in conjunction with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
The CLE-credit educational program took place at the Osvaldo N. Soto Miami-Dade Justice Center and covered Probate practice and procedures, evidentiary hearings and contested matters, and closed with a panel discussion by our esteemed judicial panelists:
Judges Charles Burton and Samantha Schosberg Feuer of the 15th Judicial Circuit; Judges Natasha Deprimo, Kenneth Gillespie, and Ncholas Lopane of the 17th Judicial Circuit, and our very own Judges Bertila Soto, Maria de Jesus Santovenia, Jose Fernandez, Nushin Sayfie, and Yvonne Colodny, Administrative Judge of our Probate Division.
