Proposed Orders
- All supporting documents must be uploaded in the "Supporting Documents" tab when submitting your Proposed Order when submitting such into courtMAP. (This includes the motion, case law, affidavits, and any other supporting documents). It is also helpful to the court to upload correspondence indicating when the matter was heard.
- If an Agreed Order is submitted that would cancel a future hearing, then the order must state the date of the hearing and that the hearing is to be cancelled and contact chambers to confirm cancellation of hearing.
- Competing Orders If the court heard and orally ruled on a motion, competing orders are disfavored. If competing orders cannot be avoided, the parties should e-mail the competing orders to cbl43@jud11.flcourts.org in Word Format, redlined versions to indicate to the court the differences in the orders.
-If the court did not rule orally and requested competing orders, the court encourages counsel to submit accompanying correspondence or redlines to indicate the discrepancies.
Other than a proposed order agreed to by all relevant parties, no party shall submit a proposed order until there has been a hearing and a ruling unless the Court asked for a proposed order during the hearing or by email to all parties.
