Judicial Section Details

The Court will OPEN DAILY ZOOM Virtual Calendar to accommodate those that prefer to appear on Zoom. Most matters can be handled via Zoom.

***The following hearings MUST occur in-person: Trials, Pleas and Evidentiary Hearings. Evidentiary Hearings may occur on Zoom by stipulation of the parties and the Court. ***

The Court does not require a Defendant’s presence at a sounding calendar.

Daily Calendar begins at 9am.

PLACING CASES ON CALENDAR: To place a case on Judge Jean’s calendar, please email your request and copy of the motion to lrusconi@jud11.flcourts.org. All parties to the case must be included in the email. Upon review of the motion, the Judicial Assistant will respond via email confirming a hearing date. 

E-service/E-courtesy:  Please add F015@jud11.flcourts.org (Division email) to your service list to ensure Chambers receives copies of motions submitted through e-filing.
