- Special Sets CANNOT be set on Motion Calendar. The following Motions are NOT to be placed on Motion Calendar:

**If any of these motions are placed on Motion Calendar, the court will cancel them**
- Two Motions may be set on one Motion Calendar session (total of two for Plaintiff or Defendant OR one for Plaintiff and one for Defendant).
- Any and all scheduled Hearing supporting documentation must be submitted to the Judge no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing ONLY through Court MAP.
- ALL Hearings are Open and you are required to go to Court Map and schedule all hearings.
- If you need to cancel the Hearing, cancel it through Court Map and file a Notice of Cancellation. If you do not have access to cancel, please contact chambers and the hearing will be removed from the calendar. A courtesy copy is not required.

For Pre-trial Conferences, if there is NON-SERVICE on a case, Plaintiff Attorney MUST BE present and/or file for continuance along with a Proposed order in CourtMaps.
1. The following shall be done at least ten (10) days prior to trial of above cause unless
previously ordered by this Court.
(a) All exhibits to be offered in evidence at trial, except those used for an impeachment, shall
be provided to opposing counsel/party for examination and initialing.
(b) The names and addresses of all witnesses except those used for impeachment, shall be
furnished to opposing counsel in writing together with a statement of the general nature of the
testimony of each witness, and a copy thereof in this cause.
(c) All discovery proceedings shall have been completed and all pretrial motions heard.
(d) Explore fully the possibility of settlement.
2. Counsel shall notify the Court immediately in the event of settlement and submit a Stipulation
for Settlement and Order of Dismissal.
3. All trials and hearings are scheduled to take place at the Joseph Caleb Center in Room 2-1
4. All Pleadings must be filed in the Clerk’s Office with copies to all parties.
5. All parties are responsible for supplying their own Court certified interpreters if needed.

Any and all EX-PARTE Orders MUST INCLUDE THE Certification in previous filed MOTION as Required by Rule 1.380(a) (2) of attempt to Confer on discovery. Specific language that you conferred with opposing counsel needs to be in the EX-PARTE Motion otherwise the Court will REJECT the EX-PARTE Order.
Default Final Judgments are required to be submitted through CourtMAP with the necessary supporting Affidavits or documents NO LATER than 30 DAYS AFTER the ORDER OF DEFAULT was executed, unless otherwise expressly Ordered differently.
