Pursuant to authority granted to administrative judges under Administrative Order 21-11 A1 (IN RE: MODIFICATION OF COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND DIVISION OPERATIONS PLANS), the County Civil Division’s Operations Plan is hereby amended as reflected in Exhibit 1 beginning August 17, 2021 and shall remain in full force and effect through close of business January 28, 2022.
Beginning January 31, 2022, the County Civil Division’s Operations Plan shall be amended as reflected in Exhibit 2 and shall remain in full force and effect until further notice.
Any hearings (of any type or duration), trials, and/or Small Claims pre-trials currently set for in-person shall remain in-person unless the division judge decides to move a scheduled event to Zoom and is able to notify the parties with the Zoom instructions without requiring the Clerk’s office to mail or re-issue a new notice. All mediations currently set for in-person shall remain in person.
If you resolve your matter, please cancel it in CourtMAP or, if you have no access to CourtMAP, by calling into chambers or emailing the Judge’s Judicial Assistant Sheila Phillips at sphillips@jud11.flcourts.org
