To accommodate repairs at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building, all weekend/holiday felony, misdemeanor and juvenile first appearance hearings will be temporarily relocated to the Miami-Dade Children’s Courthouse from Thursday, Nov. 27th through Sunday, Nov. 30th.
First appearance hearings are expected to return to their normal location at the Richard E. Gerstein Building on Monday, December 1, 2025.
Felony and misdemeanor first appearance hearings will continue to be accessible remotely via Zoom at their existing Zoom links.
Delinquency hearings will be conducted in-person.
Dependency hearings will be conducted remotely via Zoom.
