MATTERS NOT HEARD ON 5 MINUTE MOTION CALENDAR 1) Landlord/Tenant 2) Motions in Limine and Evidentiary hearings 3) Summary Judgment Motions 4) Fee Hearings THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR NOTICE OF HEARING OR YOUR MATTER WILL NOT BE HEARD: 1) Date the Motion was filed; 2) Name of the Person the hearing was coordinated with* (COORDINATION IS MANDATORY) 3) The name of the Discovery Motion and what is sought 5 MINUTE MOTION CALENDAR PROCEDURE 1) Motion MUST be filed with the clerk 2) Submit Notice of Hearing on courtMAP under Motion Calendar Tab 3) File Courtesy copy, including supporting documents and exhibits via courtMAP under Motion Calendar Tab AT LEAST (5) DAYS PRIOR to the HEARING or your matter will NOT be heard
4) The Court, after review of any motions filed by either party, may summarily grant or deny relief without hearing. In such a case, the Court will provide Notice of Cancellation of the hearing to both parties. MOTION LENGTH

CANCELLATIONS
