Submit Notice of Hearing on courtMAP under Motion Calendar Tab
File Courtesy copy, including supporting documents and exhibits via courtMAP
under Motion Calendar Tab AT LEAST (5) DAYS PRIOR to the
HEARING or your matter will NOT be heard
4) The Court, after review of any motions filed by either party, may summarily grant or deny relief without hearing. In such a case, the Court will provide Notice of Cancellation of the hearing to both parties.
If your motion is over 25 pages, (including exhibits), please deliver a
courtesy copy to Chambers 5 days before.
Parties wishing to
submit a response, must be sure to file said response with the Clerk and submit
via courtMAP under Motion Calendar tab prior to the hearing date.
