ALL CALENDAR CALLS WILL GO FORWARD BY ZOOM PLATFORM. Zoom ID can be found on CourtMap for Jury Trials and CourtMap email sends one for Non-Jury Trials week before the calendar call.
If you have upcoming trial and your case settle, please file and upload a filed copy of the Notice of Settlement to the Calendar Call or scheduled trial in CourtMap.
Any party seeking a continuance of the trial MUST file a Motion for Continuance at least 2 weeks prior to the calendar call AND SCHEDULE IT FOR HEARING to be heard prior to the Calendar Call (contact the chambers if there is no motion calendar date available prior to the calendar call, do not schedule it after the calendar call). Should the unavailability be for part of the trial docket, Motion for Continuance MUST be filed for the whole trial period as the partial continuance is not permitted. The parties must be available during all trial period as stated in the trial order. Client's consent MUST be filed with the Motion to Continue trial, pursuant to the Florida Rule of Civil Procedure.
THE COURT WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY MOTIONS TO CONTINUE TRIAL AT THE CALENDAR CALL. The only exception to the rule will be for valid emergency motions. Notice of Unavailability of Notice of Conflict is not sufficient to continue trial. Motion must be filed.
ZOOM ID IS DIFFERENT FOR EVERY EVENT and it can be found in CourtMap. For Motion Calendar and Foreclosure Calendar the zoom ID is available immediately after the hearings is scheduled therefore, please include the information in the Notice of Hearing (notice of hearing should be filed and uploaded to CourtMap after the hearing is scheduled).

ZOOM EVIDENTIARY HEARINGS INCLUDING ZOOM NON-JURY TRIALS EXHIBITS SUBMISSION: At least five (5) business days prior to evidentiary hearing or non-jury trial (Civil or Foreclosure), all exhibits should be pre-marked for identification and shall include an index listing all proposed exhibits with the exhibit numbers or letters and filed as evidence submissions via portal. The proposed pre-marked exhibits should clearly list the submitting party. The must be filed individually (one by one) as evidence submission. NOTICE OF FILING IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR THE CLERK. ALL MOTIONS FOR REHEARING/RECONSIDERATION MUST BE REVIEWED BY THE COURT. DO NOT SCHEDULE FOR HEARING. MOTION FOR REHEARING/RECONSIDERATION MUST BE FILED AND SERVED ON THE JUDGE VIA REGULAR US MAIL AND BY CONTACTING THE CHAMBERS IMMEDIATLEY AT 305-349-7020.
ALL MOTIONS TO DISQUALIFY ARE TO BE SERVED ON THE COURT BY UPLOADING SAME TO EMERGENCY TASK INCOURTMAP AND BY EMAIL TO JUDGE MANNO SCHURR (vmannoschurr@jud11.flcourts.org - this email address is for Motion to Disqualify ONLY, do not use Judge's email for any other inquiries) with a copy to all parties.
*The Emergency Motion must be filed with the clerk prior to uploading it to the Court via CourtMap Emergency task.
*Ensure that the opposing party receives a copy of the Filed Emergency Motion.
* Upload the Emergency Motion via CourtMap (under emergency motion task) along with a Proposed Order (separate under proposed orders task. Please note that certain orders will not be signed without hearing) and call the chambers immediately (during the working hours).
