ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW - Judge RebullView

5 Minute Motion/Foreclosure Calendars are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9:00AM

- To set a motion, select an available date and time via courtMAP, once the green “Success” message appears, the hearing has made calendar.
- Upload motions and supporting documents through courtMAP (at least) 3-days prior to the day of the hearing (please do NOT deliver hardcopies to chambers for Motion Calendar hearings).
- You must also prepare and E-file, Motion and Notice of Hearing (7-day business notice).
E-filing is not the same as courtMAP: Matters that are only e-filed WILL NOT automatically upload to the Judge’s Motion     Calendar. E-File is for documents to be filed with the Clerk's Office electronically. CourtMAP is used to submit courtesy      copies to chambers electronically.
- To cancel a Motion Calendar hearing, the party who set the motion calendar must cancel the hearing via courtMAP and E-File a Notice of Cancellation.
- On Motions to Withdraw please use the order on the Judge’s website and include proper service of Notice of Hearing and        Motion.
