There is already an EXISTING CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER setting forth all pretrial deadlines. 2. Your case is already set for trial. 3. Your case is currently on inactive status by court order. 4. Your case is subject to current moratoria. 5. Your case is subject to F.S. 51.011 6. If your case has been Noticed for Lack of Prosecution Hearing (FWOP) unless it is being attached to your WRITTEN GOOD CAUSE SHOWING. 7. Your case is uncontested. C. If your case meets any of the exceptions listed above, you must still follow the timeline requirements set forth in the 11th Judicial Circuit Administrative Order 21-09.

Motion calendars are held on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am (Availability can be found on CourtMAP).
All hearings will be conducted via Zoom. Please e-mail the J.A. Jessica Seligman at jseligman@jud11.flcourts.org for the Zoom link. Zoom links need to be on the notice of hearings.
Only one (1) motion per case will be heard. Copy of the motion and notice must be submitted through Courtmap within two (2) business days prior to the hearing date. The filed motion and all documents in support must be attached when the hearing is scheduled. Once a green "success" message appears, the hearing has made calendar. You must still prepare, file and serve a Notice of Hearing. You must give 7 business days notice.
Motions for default must be submitted with proof of service, affidavit of diligent search and proof of publication (where service is by publication) and non-military affidavit(s). One motion per defendant.
DO NOT SUBMIT PROPOSED ORDERS THROUGH COURTMAP PRIOR TO HEARING.
No in-person appearances will be permitted in Division 09 absent further order. It is ORDERED that, effective immediately, all proceedings in Division 09 (Judge Echarte) shall be conducted via Zoom.
Notice of Cancellations- Hearings must be cancelled on CourtMAP and a notice of cancellation must also be e-filed.
