- Hearings should be scheduled via courtMAP under Judicial Section CA-03
- Upload as Supporting Documents in courtMAP: all motions, notices of hearing, and any responses/objections
- ZOOM information will be sent the week prior to the hearing

TRANSFER MOTION CALENDAR is on WEDNESDAYS from 8:45 AM - 11:00 AM via ZOOM
- Hearings should be scheduled via courtMAP under Transfer Calendar
- Only 3 cases can be scheduled in each 15 minute time slot
- Select the earliest time slot available to avoid any cancellations
- Upload as Supporting Documents in courtMAP: all motions, notices of hearing, any responses/objections, and a cover letter stating whether the transfer motion is agreed to or contested
- For multiple motions or cases with the same parties, select only one time slot for all cases and upload the following as Supporting Documents in courtMAP: all motions, notices of hearing, any responses/objections, and a cover letter stating whether the transfer motion is agreed to or contested
- For an agreed transfer or joint motion to transfer, email the motion, a cover letter, and an agreed order as a Word document to the Judicial Assistant (jzuniga@jud11.flcourts.org) and the Bailiff (mcotter@jud11.flcourts.org) copying all parties to the case.
NOTE: - Do not set any Transfer Motions via Judge Bailey's Motion Calendar.
- Judge Bailey does not transfer cases to and from County Court.
- Judge Bailey does not rule on Motions to Change Venue.
- Judge Bailey does not rule on Motions to Consolidate.
