Judge Hanzman is now back at the Dade County Courthouse, 73 West Flagler Street, Courtroom 3-3, Miami, Florida. Div. 43 calendars will be conducted as follows:
Motion Calendars will be heard via Zoom unless otherwise requested, and the Court grants that request. Initial Case Management Conferences will be heard by Zoom absent order to the contrary. Final Pretrial Conferences and Final Case Management Conferences will be held live. Special Set hearings will presumably be held live unless one of more parties request hearing be held via Zoom, and the Court grants that request.
All case management reports, motions, responses, replies, memorandum of law, pleadings, documents, etc., must be uploaded on hearing date as a supporting document, whether hearing is live or zoom.

Motion calendars will be heard on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. All motion calendar hearings will continue to be heard via Zoom unless otherwise requested, and the Court grants that request..
Hearings will be set through courtmap. Notification that hearing has been created will be emailed by courtMap. A notice of hearing will not be generated by courtMap for hearings on motion calendar. Moving party must be efile and send out notice of hearing.
To cancel a hearing on the motion calendar the moving party shall efile a notice of cancellation and cancel the hearing on courtmap.
Motions to Withdraw must be set on the calendar, Order form is available on Judge Hanzman’s website. All submissions of pleadings/supporting documents for motion calendar hearings shall be uploaded through courtMap.
Please be aware that certain items are prohibited on courthouse premises. If any listed prohibited item is detected to be in your possession when entering a court facility, you will be asked to exit the facility to secure the item elsewhere or dispose of it, before being allowed entry into the facility.
