Family Court Services helps families move forward with less conflict and greater support. As part of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, FCS brings therapeutic expertise and compassionate care into the court process. We work alongside judges and general magistrates in the Family, Domestic Violence, and Unified Family Court divisions to provide brief, practical assistance to families navigating divorce, separation, domestic violence, and parenting disputes, keeping children’s well-being at the center.
Ordered to Family Court Services?
If a judge or general magistrate referred you or your child, you must register with our office within 10 business days, unless your order gives a different deadline. If we do not hear from you, we are required to notify the court.
Our Services
Services provided directly by Family Court Services are free. When the court orders an outside professional or provider, the court decides who pays.
In-House Interventions
Short-term services from FCS staff, such as co-parenting, parent-child relationship support, time-sharing, and crisis assistance.
