To set a case on a five (5) minute motion, the Motion and the Notice of Hearing, with seven days notice, must be electronically filed or filed with the Clerk's office at L.E.T. Courthouse Center, 175 N.W. 1st Ave., 12th Floor.  The attorney's should coordinate & select the Tuesday they wish to have the motion heard.  

Self-Represented Litigants:  Must go through the Self-Help Program (Rm 2441) prior to Filing. Courtesy copies should be delivered to the Judge's Chambers upon filing of the original Notice of Hearing.
