IMPORTANT MESSAGE (as of 03/16/20 until further notice):

Coronaviru/COVID-19: Courthouses are closed for in-person hearings  and trials based on public health advisories at the direction of the Florida Supreme Court. The Eleventh Judicial Circuit wants you safe at home.

VIRTUAL COURTROOMS: Court hearings will be held on the Zoom platform, which is free to you.  A Zoom link will be created by the court one (1) day prior to hearing. To participate by video, you must click on the weblink you received in the email invitation at the time your hearing is scheduled or call the phone number listed in the invitation to participate by phone. You do not need to download anything or set up an account in order for you to participate in a Zoom hearing.

Video appearance is required for any participant whose testimony is necessary so the judge can administer the oath.  No unilateral scheduling is allowed.

If you resolve your matter, please cancel it in CourtMAP or, if you have no access to CourtMAP, by calling the judge's judicial assistant.

Court reporters need to email the J.A. for the Zoom link.

EVIDENTIARY HEARING AND TRIAL EXHIBITS SUBMISSION: At least five (5) business days prior to an evidentiary hearing or non-jury trial, all exhibits should be pre-marked for identification and shall include an index listing all proposed exhibits with the exhibit numbers or letters. The proposed pre-marked exhibits should clearly list the submitting party (i.e. Joint, Plaintiff, Defendant, etc.).  Where possible, counsel should seek to file jointly, but in the absence of a joint filing, counsel must file unilaterally at least five (5) business days in advance.  For detailed information, please review the Administrative Order(s) on submission of electronic evidence.
