    Attorney instructions for setting:

    The motion SHALL be electronically filed by attorneys through the E-filing portal or in person. The party SHALL add 11thFC39@jud11.flcourts.org to the service list. 

    Check courtMAP for any cancellations and full sessions.

    Coordinate with opposing party and select a  Tuesday for the motion to be heard.

    Once a date is agreed upon set the available motion calendar slot on court MAP and attached the motions to be heard as supporting documents.

    Instructions for cancelling:

    The party setting the hearing should file a Notice of Cancellation and cancel the hearing on courtMap.

    Self Represented Parties:
    Self Represented parties may file motions with the assistance of the Self Help office on the 24th floor.  The original motion must be filed with the Clerk of Courts and a courtesy copy delivered to Chambers.

    Telephonic appearances:
    Telephonic Orders shall be submitted under the proposed orders section of courtMAP at a minimum of 72 hours in advance.
