BEGINNING THE WEEK OF MAY 27, 2019, (5) MINUTE MOTION CALENDAR WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAYS AT 9:30 A.M.
To set a case on the five (5) minute motion calendar, the Motion and the Notice of Hearing SHALL be electronically filed by attorneys through the E-filing portal. The party SHALL add 11thFC39@jud11.flcourts.org to the courtesy copy email list in order for our office to receive a copy of the Notice of Hearing. PLEASE CALL CHAMBERS AFTER FOLLOWING THE ABOVE PROCEDURES TO ENSURE THAT YOUR CASE HAS BEEN PLACED ON MOTION CALENDAR. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAPER COPIES of the notice of hearing when filing electronically, AND adding (11thFC39@jud11.flcourts.org) to the courtesy copy email list.
A courtesy copy of the motion should be delivered to Chambers, 72 hours in advance, ONLY IF the motion is more than 20 PAGES.
CANCELLATIONS: Counsel who schedule the hearing SHALL file with the Clerk a Notice of Cancellation. Please add (11thFC39@jud11.flcourts.org) to the courtesy copy email list in order for our office to receive a copy.
However, if the party is self-represented, motions may be filed with the assistance of the Self Help office on the 24th floor. The Original Motion must be filed with the Clerk of Courts and a courtesy copy delivered to Chambers.
